Expertech Solutions will develop a transition readiness plan to address the preparedness of an organization to receive, operate, maintain and enhance (OM&E) its technical or business operation. The plan will identify the management and organizational structure and functional guidelines, and roles and responsibilities of members of the management team and of the technical staff; outline the management polices and operational procedures; assess the technical readiness of the organization to maintain and enhance the technical or business operation; identify and describe the knowledge gaps and propose a strategy and plan to overcome these gaps; design and maintain a checklist to track organization’s progress toward preparedness; develop a staffing plan based on the operation’s complexity, criticality and quality of current baseline, including FTEs requirements, roles and responsibilities and technical mix. Expertech Solutions can also support the organization in the development of an OM&E budget.
