8(a) Sole Source
A procuring activity contracting officer, from any federal agency, wishing to procure Sole Source from Expertech Solutions using the SBA 8(a) Program may do so by submitting a written offering letter indicating a formal intent to award the contract to Expertech Solutions. The letter should be sent to Expertech Solutions sponsoring SBA office in Washington, D.C. (see contact information below). SBA approves the intended orders within three business days from receipt of the offering letter. Once approved, contracts can be awarded directly to Expertech Solutions on a sole source basis.
