The Unites States Senate System Engineering and Technical Assistance contract is a four-year indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity ("IDIQ") Contract administered by the Sergeant of Arms.  The contract is a vehicle to provide technical support to the US Congress and any of the Congressional agencies.
